3 Ways to Make Money with ChatGPT and AI

As someone who has a full-time job during the day and multitasks at night (from creating written content to online courses and, more recently, a tech YouTube channel), I - looking for new ways to create free money.

3 Ways to Make Money with ChatGPT and AI

So when ChatGPT came out, I was the first to search the internet for tips on how to use the tool to make more money. Unsurprisingly, most of the advice I found online ranged from vague and implausible to completely wrong.

Apparently, thousands of people started to flood Amazon with AI-generated books, leading the platform to put barriers to self-publishing and remove questionable content. AI and limits. After searching through the sea of bad advice on the internet, however, I found some useful ways that people have made money from ChatGPT and the AI-generated tools.

I even started incorporating some of these tips into my workflows (and managed to almost double my income online money in the last month). In this article, I will share my learning and give you 3 real ways to start making money with ChatGPT.

1. Create faceless content on social media

The natural economy is exploding.

There is a huge opportunity to make money by creating a personal brand and creating content that others find valuable. However, a lot of time (and money) goes into creating content.

A YouTube video requires generating story ideas, writing scripts, spending hours talking on camera, and editing and post production. It also takes a lot of trial and error to find the right background video, lighting and sound. For many of us, it can seem intimidating and unnatural to sit down and speak in front of a camera. Generative AI is a game changer in content creation. You can use ChatGPT to do keyword research, create catchy "hooks" for your YouTube videos, and even promote your content to rank well in Google.

Then you can use tools like Synthesia to create AI avatars and voiceovers for your videos, saving you the trouble of coming up with them yourself:

Finally, to promote your content across different platforms, use a tool like Opus AI to extract parts of your YouTube videos and convert them into shorter content that can be reused on sites like TikTok and Instagram.

Of course, you want to stand out from the AI-generated content flooding the internet, and that means doing good research on your videos and choosing a niche. ChatGPT and generative AI are meant to speed up the content creation process and are not intended to replace your creative and unique voice.

2. Online Courses

Online courses and AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and DALLE are growing in popularity. Here are some popular, user-friendly AI courses on Udemy:

See the number of students enrolled in the online course above!

This should tell you that individuals and organizations are willing to invest heavily in learning more about AI.

Of course, this doesn't mean that just anyone can create a ChatGPT beginner's course with rewritten content. What you need to do is this:

  • Find a niche

If you work in business, for example, you already have skills that set you apart from the average person.

Now start learning how to integrate ChatGPT into your daily workflow. Is there a part of your job that AI can automate?

For example, AI has become so good at creating the best SEO content that even Google can't rely on human-written articles. Using this knowledge, can you teach small business owners how to market their products effectively without a content creator or SEO expert?

This is a skill that many people will pay to learn because it teaches them how to save money and improve their business situation in the long run. With less than 2 hours of video content for example, this Udemy course already has 5,000 students learning how to use ChatGPT:

If you already have marketable skills, you can earn good money teaching others how to use ChatGPT to improve your skills.

In today's creative economy, it's never been easier to get started!

All you have to do is log into a platform like Udemy or Teachable and start creating the course.

3. Software engineering and AI consulting

If you've been following the announcements in the AI field lately, you may have heard about a new hot project in the market called "speed engines."

According to Business Insider, these positions pay up to $375,000/year and do not require a technical degree. So… does this mean that anyone can make this kind of money just by clicking on the prompts on ChatGPT? What is the catch? Although it is a new field that will continue to develop in the coming years, the main task of a software engineer is to improve business results and increase efficiency through the creation of AI.

Many fast-paced engineering jobs require technical expertise. You must be able to apply motivational strategies to solve company-specific problems.

For example, if you work in marketing, you can be hired for ChatGPT to create the best SEO, the most relevant to the business, and the right content. AI research company Anthropic is actively hiring engineers and there is no formal process required to apply for the job.

The job posting says they will consider applicants who can make a strong case for themselves, saying:

if you haven’t done much in the way of prompt engineering yet, you can best demonstrate your prompt engineering skills by spending some time experimenting with Claude or GPT3 and showing that you’ve managed to get complex behaviors from a series of well crafted prompts.”

Industry representatives continue to state that logic and critical thinking skills are the most important qualities of a software engineer, and that having programming knowledge or mechanical training is an added advantage when looking for a job. .

And while many of these requirements remain unclear, software engineering appears to be a lucrative skill that people in a wide variety of jobs can benefit from. Even if you don't land an engineering job quickly, it's a skill that companies will pay to learn because employers are still struggling to embrace AI.

You can offer consulting services on AI and software engineering in a niche such as marketing or finance. As a provider of data and machine learning consulting services in the past, I have successfully attracted clients by creating an online presence and creating a website, which I discuss in a separate article.

Additionally, if creating a brand from scratch seems daunting, here is a list of AI tools that can help you streamline the process.

I would like to end this story by reminding you of the story of Jackson Greathouse Fall, the man who used generative AI to start his business in one day by asking ChatGPT to convert $100 into "as much money as possible" .
